drswyungDr. Yung Shing Wai is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in foot and ankle surgery, and shoulder and elbow surgery. He had been practicing since 1985 and has a 15 year experience as an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Yung is currently practicing at:

  • SW Yung Orthopaedics Pte Ltd at Mt Elizabeth Medical Centre
  • He is also a visiting Consultant at the Department of Orthopaedics, Singapore General Hospital

 

Educational Background

  • 1985 – graduated with a degree of MBBS from the National University of Singapore
  • 1990 -conferred the title of Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd)
  • 1997 – became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS)
  • Undergone sub-specialty fellowship training in Foot and Ankle surgery and Shoulder surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, USA
